We custom fit your chain of choice within our collection to your wrist, neck, ankle or finger. We then use a welder for an easy and painless process. Instead of using a clasp we use a  jump ring to connect and weld the two ends of the chain, turning it into a "permanent" piece of jewelry. 

You will pick your chain(s) of choice within our current collection. Then we will custom fit the chain to your wrist, ankle, neck or finger and apply a temporary link so you can test the sizing. Once we have determined the perfect fit, we will weld your jewelry.

*Once the chain is cut, it is final sale. So make sure it’s the one you love before we cut the chain.

We offer 14k gold filled and .925 sterling silver, both are perfect for those who have skin sensitivities. These materials are great for permanent jewelry because of their durability. 

One of the benefits of permanent jewelry is it can be removed at any time.  You can schedule a removal or you can simply cut it at the welded jump ring with a wire cutters or scissors. If you ever need to take it off,  make sure to save your chain in case you decide to reapply it. 

Yes, each appointment is for one person, but you're not limited to only one piece of jewelry. Please make separate appointments for each member of your party. 

To host a private jewelry event, submit an inquiry and someone from our team will get back to you to schedule your event.

We only ask for a guaranteed number of at least 5 jewelry pieces. Anything less than that will incur a $150 travel fee that must be paid at booking.

Our chains are built to last a long time with normal wear and tear. However, depending on outside influences on these chains, the longevity can be shortened.

A few tips to help maintain the quality of your jewelry are to minimize exposure to chemicals of any kind, this also includes lotions,  oils, scents and self tanners (especially enamel and sterling silver chains). We also recommend using warm water and dish soap or a quality jewelry clear to wash/clean your chain.

Yes! Permanent jewelry is fine and delicate, so you should be able to get through airport security with no problem.

 All sales are final, our pieces are custom cut to fit each individual costumer. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.

We ensure your piece is properly welded on  the day of your appointment. Permanent does NOT mean indestructible. Our chains are durable but with enough pressure applied, the chain can still break if you are not careful.  

We will inspect the integrity of the chain before re-welding. If the jump ring has been compromised, we will re-weld at no additional cost. If the chain is snagged, stretched, or broken anywhere other than the jump ring, we can replace it at a reduced price.   

We don't offer replacements on broken or lost pieces.

We understand that life happens. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We do have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is considered cancelled.  The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited for no shows and cancellations under 24 hours.

If you reschedule, the deposited will be transferred to your new appointment.
