Refund Policy

All sales are final, our pieces are custom cut to fit each individual costumer. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. We ensure your piece is properly welded on  the day of your appointment. Permanent does NOT mean indestructible. Our chains are durable but with enough pressure applied, the chain can still break if you are not careful.  

We don't offer replacements on broken or lost pieces.

A deposit is collected before booking an appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is considered cancelled.  The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited for no shows and cancellations under 24 hours.

If you reschedule, the deposited will be transferred to your new appointment. 

A signed waiver is required for any person receiving a weld service from Ruby+Rose Permanent Jewelry. 

A client must be 12 years of age or older for permanent jewelry. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian must be present.
